Have you ever wanted to create a rocket launcher or use one? now you can make one!(they dont shoot real rockets)
Materials
* styrofoam plate
* toilet paper tube
* markers
* tape
* white camera film canister
* vinegar and baking soda
or alka-seltzer tablets
kids rocket from film canister
Instructions:
1. Use the markers to make a design on the toilet paper tube (rocket launcher).
2. Tape the rocket launcher to the center of the plate.
3. Put the rocket fuel in the film canister (see note below).
4. Quickly put the lid on the canister, and drop it into the launcher, lid side down.
5. STAND BACK!
6. Rocket will launch (usually 10-20 seconds).
Be sure to wait at least a minute before checking on the rocket if it doesn't launch.
Rocket Fuel
* Vinegar and Baking Soda - put 1 tbsp of vinegar in the film canister. Hold it near the launcher and add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Quickly snap the lid on and drop into the launcher lid side down.
* Alka-seltzer - Put 1 tbsp. water into the film canister. Add 1/2 an alka-seltzer tablet and quickly snap on the lid. Drop into the launcher, lid side down.
Note: White camera film canisters work best due to how the lid snaps on. Results may not be as good with other types of canisters.

make slopy slime
This experiment actualy works!! its soooooo cool!
Materials you will need:
• Water
• Teaspoon
• Corn Flour
• Large Bowl
• Tablespoon
• Wooden Spoon
• Food Colouring
Slime that can’t make up its mind – one minute it’s oozing like a liquid, the next it’s acting like a tough solid.
Steps:
1. Pour some corn flour in the bowl.
2. Add a little of the food colouring to the water. (Food colouring can stain so be very careful).
3. Slowly stir in some of the coloured water in with the corn flour (adding a few drops at a time).
4. Continue to stir with the wooden until it starts to thicken to a paste. You may find that you need to add more water or corn flour to get the right mix.
5. Take a handful and watch it ooze out of your hand. It flows like a slippery liquid.
6. Squeeze the slime and it becomes a solid.
THIS EXPERIMENT CAN BE VERY MESSY, SO PLEASE TAKE CARE AND BE PREPARED!!!
